1. Vehicle Condition and Delivery

The vehicle is owned by STRATI G - STRATIS K GP, trading as VENUS RENT A CAR, and is delivered to the lessee in excellent condition, free of any defects. By signing the agreement, the lessee confirms inspection and full acceptance of the vehicle and assumes full responsibility during the rental period.

2. Return of Vehicle

The lessee must return the vehicle in the same condition, including all registration documents, equipment, and accessories, and with the same fuel level. Late returns without prior written notice will incur daily charges, and the lessor may recover the vehicle through legal means.

3. Driver Requirements

Driver age: between 23 and 73 years. A valid driver’s license issued at least 2 years prior and in physical form is required. Only the lessee may drive the vehicle, unless a second driver is authorized in writing, with an additional fee of €5.

4. Terms of Use

Prohibited uses include: paid transportation, subleasing, towing, carrying dangerous or illegal items, leaving Greece without written consent, driving under influence or fatigue, violations of laws, racing, and criminal activity. Driving in poor road or restricted areas is strictly forbidden.

5. Fines – Penalties

The lessee is solely responsible for all fines and violations. The lessor must be informed immediately. If license plates are removed due to illegal parking, the lessee will be charged the daily rental fee for the immobilization period.

6. Rental Fee – Payment

The rental fee is prepaid for the entire rental period. A credit card is required as a guarantee even if payment is made in cash.

7. Accidents

In the event of an accident, the lessee must immediately notify the police, lessor, and insurance company, and provide a report, photos, and witness details. If found at fault, the lessee pays €30 as an administration fee and covers rental costs during vehicle downtime.

8. Insurance

The vehicle is insured under CDW coverage. Damages to tires, undercarriage, mirrors, and personal belongings are excluded. Failure to report an incident promptly doubles the deductible automatically.

9. Roadside Assistance

Free roadside assistance is available, except in the western part of Milos.

10. Personal Data

The lessee consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with GDPR.

11. Final Terms

All terms are essential. Amendments are valid only if made in writing.

12. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Syros.
